Black Locust 1 Pound “Round” Jar

Raw black locust honey is produced during the spring season from April to June in the eastern United States. Black locust trees produce a fruity and fragrant honey with a hint of vanilla that ranges in color from water-white to a lemon-yellow.  Although black locust is considered a major honey plant in the eastern U.S., the black locust does not always produce a crop of honey.
